Enterprise risk management processes
Enterprise risk management is managed by RunTayixAs an ongoing annual task, we seek input from each business unit to update existing risks and identify new or emerging risks (including sustainability risks) that impact the entire enterprise, including operations, project management, finance,EHS, quality, human resources, procurement, etc. This process includes identifying, classifying, managing, managing risks, and rating risks based on reputation, operational, regulatory impact, financial impact, probability, and existing risk mitigation controls. Then, based on identified gaps, proposed mitigation action plans are developed and assigned to executive leadership for accountability and execution. The executive leadership team regularly reviews these actions and key risk indicators. Our board of directors will also advance the top sixteen risks quarterlyConduct a review.
Personal involvement
The general manager regularly meets with leadership on specific topics outside of board meetings and with the employee team, especially project engineers working outside the office.
Senior management visits both on-site and by phone
Top management meetings are held periodically online, at our various projects and sites, or at the locations of our business partners. These visits provide our supervisors with opportunities to experience our operations, interact with people at different levels of the organization, ask questions, and observe the culture.
