Equipment installation services, completing the work from moving in to before powering on, specifically including:

Provision of manpower and tools;

Assist with equipment moving in;

Precision optical instrument alignment and positioning, leveling and straightness adjustment for each module of the equipment, component assembly;

cable connection and cable tray assembly between the power cabinet and equipment modules;

Communication cables, signal lines, and control lines are connected between various modules of the equipment;

Installation and connection of cooling water pipes, deionized water pipes, compressed air pipes, vacuum pipelines between various equipment modules, as well as pipe pressure holding, leak detection, and helium leak detection in vacuum pipelines.
