Chen Peng, Senior Client Director, responsible for organic growth of RunTay business and customer service, providing clients with professional, flexible, and customized service solutions.

Zhang Yanwen, Project Executive Director, responsible for RunTay Engineering project implementation, talent pipeline development, quality and safety, customer satisfaction improvement, and continuous improvement.

Hacken Lee, Quality and Safety Manager, responsible for project quality and safety, promoting full participation in EHS and quality activities.

Zhou Xunzhong, Human Resources and Administration Manager, responsible for overall human resources and administration, talent recruitment, development, retention, training, performance and salary and benefits, employee relations, promoting talent retention plans and performance management, and managing administrative affairs.
