FactoryEquipment relocationFor a company, safety hazards are present from start to finish and are the primary concerns. The most common safety hazards involved throughout the process are personnel safety, equipment disassembly, and the safety of their industries. Each department and the entire staff must prioritize safety in detail, carry out all tasks, assign responsibilities to individuals, and clarify the division of labor. Next, the equipment relocation manufacturer will introduce the necessary preparations and important considerations during factory equipment relocation and installation.

1. Preparations in advance

1. Promptly release the relocation schedule, ensuring that all pre-relocation mobilization (safety, production, living) work is fully implemented.

2. Clear division of personnel responsibilities: Each department should clearly define the responsibilities of the commanders, their coordination, and those involved in the relocation.

3. Safety protection measures for personnel involved in factory equipment relocation and device disassembly must be implemented (safety helmets, safety ropes, ladders, etc.).

4. Items relocated must be inspected and confirmed; any issues that are in good condition should be repaired promptly.

5. When relocating large equipment or bottled fuel internally, safety precautions must be formulated, and hazardous waste disposal must comply with environmental protection and relevant laws and regulations.

6. Before relocating equipment, it is necessary for each department to conduct a safety briefing with the relocation cooperating unit.

2. Equipment and operational safety

1. At the beginning of relocation, each department must assign a safety officer daily to conduct on-site patrols, and any unsafe behaviors must be corrected promptly.

2. During equipment disassembly and installation and the adjustment period for entering the new plant, construction must strictly follow electrical safety technical specifications. When shutting down, a "Stop Closing" sign must be placed, and technical measures to prevent accidental closing must be in place. The Equipment Department will handle safety and technical briefings for both the company's equipment section and the manufacturer's staff.

3. Throughout the entire disassembly and transportation process, protect the pipelines and routes. When disassembling the components, the removed joints, bolts, nuts, positioning pins, etc., should be screwed back and inserted into the origin to prevent disorder and loss.

4. Ensure the relative safety of the equipment, select appropriate assembly and disassembly tools, and do not substitute them arbitrarily.

5. During lifting and unloading, the equipment must not be bumped or bumped. Select suitable lifting points and lift slowly, handle with care, and use protective measures at contact points between galvanized steel wire ropes and equipment.

6. Cross-type operations should be minimized as much as possible. For high-altitude operations, it is necessary to wear safety helmets and safety belts. The fastening of safety belts must meet requirements (the equipment department should educate workers).

7. Strictly adhere to fire safety requirements. When open flames are necessary, fire safety measures must be in place, with dedicated personnel monitoring the area. Open flames must be strictly prohibited near flammable or explosive materials.

8. Equipment adjustment in the new plant must meet technical standards. Operators must undergo onboarding education and training when switching jobs or positions.

3. Industrial security

1. Machine tool equipment, all household appliances in the office, and packed drawings and documents must be checked and registered before entering the vehicle, and the departure list must be filled out. After accompanying personnel arrive at the arrival station, each responsible person will verify the quantity and brand type standards to ensure the safety of items during transport.

2. Instruments and office equipment must be handled gently and handled carefully. During factory equipment relocation and loading/unloading, dedicated personnel should be responsible for damage prevention and provide detailed guidance when necessary.

3. Preventive measures must be taken during the transportation of finished products in the warehouse, taking into account temperature changes during transport to prevent rain exposure.

4. Items that must be locked in the warehouse after entering the new site must not be stored outdoors. If valuables are present, dedicated personnel must be assigned to each department. Additionally, the Safety Section should promptly communicate to enhance precautions.

4. Personnel and road traffic safety

1. All vehicles involved in transporting and loading must strictly follow traffic rules. Safety class provides special education for all electric forklift drivers.

2. Each department should conduct special education on road traffic safety for employees traveling to the new factory area.

3. Employees must park their vehicles at designated locations when entering the new factory area.

4. The driving speed of motor vehicles in the factory must not exceed 30 kilometers per hour.

5. Since construction in the factory area has not yet been fully completed, individuals are prohibited from entering dangerous construction sites unless necessary during work and after implementing safety precautions.
