(1) When installing isolating switches for electromechanical equipment, insufficient contact force at moving (static) contacts or improper operation may cause electrical oxidation of the contact surfaces, increasing circuit resistance and contacts, and causing fires and other accidents.

Therefore, due to large short-circuit currents, short circuit accidents increase, causing the internal temperature of the main transformer to spike, and transformer oil to rapidly evaporate and decompose into explosive and flammable substances, resulting in serious explosion accidents.
(6) When installing the main transformer core or high-voltage pipes, if keys, nuts, or other debris or waterproof sleeves accidentally fall in, the device body drains incompletely, the sealing device is installed incorrectly or not properly damaged, all of which reduce the insulation strength of the main transformer, causing local insulation damage or penetration, and leading to abnormal accidents.
