Whether you are a full-time employee or a seconded HR employee, you only need to reach the statutory retirement age to retire and receive a monthly pension. So, how should retirement be handled? What is the process for handling retirement? What documents are needed to process retirement needs?
1.Human resource dispatchWhen personnel reach retirement age, who handles the retirement procedures?
Who handles retirement depends on two situations: one is insured employees at their workplace, and the other is individual contributors.
1. Insured employees enrolled in the workplace may apply for retirement from the district or county human resources and social security administrative department.
2. Individual contributors may submit a written application to the district or county talent service organization, job placement service organization, or street labor guarantee service organization that keeps their files. This is also the archiving organization, which then applies to the district or county human resources and social security administrative department for retirement.
2. Conditions for Handling Retirement of Human Resources Dispatched Personnel

Human resources dispatchers are treated the same as regular employees under the following retirement conditions:
1. Only when the legally mandated retirement age is reached can retirement be processed (women at least 50, men at least 60).
2. Handling retirees requires filling out the retiree review form.
3. The Social Security Bureau reviews all materials of retirees from the 15th to the end of each month.
