Third-level qualification standards:
1. In the past five years, the enterprise has undertaken two or more electromechanical equipment installation projects with a single contract amount exceeding 2.5 million yuan, and the project quality is qualified.
2. The company manager must have more than 5 years of experience in engineering management; The technical director must have more than 5 years of experience in technical management of electromechanical equipment installation and hold an intermediate or higher professional title in the relevant field; The financial officer must hold an intermediate or higher accounting title.
The enterprise has no fewer than 30 engineering technical and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no fewer than 15 engineering and technical personnel; Among engineering and technical personnel, no fewer than five hold intermediate or higher professional titles.
The company must have no fewer than 5 project managers with Level 3 or above qualifications.
3. The company's registered capital must be above 3 million yuan, and net assets must be above 3.6 million yuan.
4. The enterprise's highest annual project settlement income in the past 3 years must be over 5 million yuan.
5. The enterprise must have construction machinery and quality inspection equipment appropriate to the scope of the contracted project.
Scope of Contracted Works:
Third-level enterprises: Capable of undertaking the installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for general industrial and public/civil construction projects with an investment of 8 million yuan or less, as well as the fabrication and installation of non-standard steel components.
Note: The project includes boilers, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, instrumentation, motors, compressor units, as well as equipment for broadcasting, film, and television broadcast control.
