Professional contracting qualifications for construction and electromechanical installation projects: Grade 1 qualification enterprises with net assets above 20 million yuan, Grade 2 qualification enterprises with net assets above 10 million yuan, and Grade 3 qualification enterprises with net assets of over 4 million yuan 

2. Different scopes of contracting 

1. Professional qualification for electromechanical equipment installation engineering: First-class qualification enables installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for various general industrial and public/civil construction projects, substation projects of 35 kV and below, and manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel components. Second-class qualification can undertake the installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for general industrial and public/civil construction projects with an investment of 15 million yuan or less, substation projects of 10 kV and below, and manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel components. Grade 3 qualification can undertake the installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for general industrial and public/civil construction projects with an investment of 8 million yuan or less, as well as the manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel components. Note: The project includes boilers, ventilation and air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, exterior surfaces, motors, compressor units, and equipment for broadcasting, film, and television broadcast control. 

2. Professional qualification for contracting electromechanical installation projects: First-class qualification enables installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for various construction projects, substation projects below 35 kV, and manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel structural components. With a second-class qualification, it can undertake the installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for various construction projects with a single contract amount below 20 million yuan, substation projects below 10 kV, and the manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel structural components. Grade III qualification enables the installation of equipment, lines, and pipelines for various construction projects with a single contract amount below 10 million yuan, as well as the manufacturing and installation of non-standard steel structural components. 

3. Different personnel experience 

1、Electromechanical equipment installation projectsProfessional contracting qualifications: First-class qualification enterprises must have no fewer than 10 first-class project managers. Enterprises with Grade II qualifications must have no fewer than 10 project managers with Level 2 qualifications or above. Enterprises with Level 3 qualifications must have no fewer than 5 project managers with Level 3 qualifications or above. 

2. Professional Contracting Qualifications for Construction and Electromechanical Installation Engineering: First-class qualified enterprises must have no fewer than 8 first-class registered constructors in electromechanical engineering. Second-class qualified enterprises must have no fewer than 8 registered constructors specializing in electromechanical engineering, including at least 2 first-class registered constructors. Enterprises with Grade III qualifications must have no fewer than 3 registered constructors specializing in electromechanical engineering.
