Next, place 70%~80% of the allowable load on the kitchen countertop, perform multiple automatic interchangeable positions, and tighten all relevant screws after ensuring proper accuracy.
4) Carefully and thoroughly check whether the main control parameters in the CNC system and PLC equipment comply with the specified data information in the raw materials, then test the functions of each key operation process, safety management measures, and the implementation of common commands. For example, various movement modes (hand-pulled, running, automatic, etc.), spindle bearing gear shift commands, and whether each transmission ratio command is properly accurate.
