To better ensure large-scale operationsEquipment relocationSafety of relevant personnel and items during operations: Typically, transfer workers handling large items often have certain safety operation standards.
1. Before starting work, carefully check whether the equipment used is intact and secure. Ensure that all types of lifting devices used meet the requirements and must not be overloaded.
2. Depending on the situation of the transfer operation, necessary protective equipment should be worn.
3. When transferring any items, the following should be: heavy but not light, large but not small, stacked smoothly, and securely bundled.
4. When manually transferring or loading or unloading items, personal movements should avoid injuries. When multiple people move the same item, a designated person must direct the movement, maintain a fixed distance, and always follow shoulder to shoulder, synchronized in step.
5. When transporting chemical, hazardous, flammable, explosive, and other items, necessary safety protective equipment must be worn.
6. When loading or unloading, the specified lifting points for the goods must be attached, and the base of the box body should be checked to ensure it is sturdy and intact. After hanging, test lift and confirm the safety before directing the crane to lift.
7. When riding, do not stand between objects or front railings. When driving, sit firmly and securely; do not get on or off the bus until it has stopped.
8. When using a crane for loading and unloading materials, close cooperation with crane operators must be observed, and changes in lifting position and standing orientation must be observed. Standing under the crane is prohibited.
9. When using electric carts to transport materials, the transfer workers must sit securely, and the items being transported must be securely tied to prevent slipping and injury. Delivered items must not be piled up on safety lanes.
10. In case of an accident, protect the scene and promptly report to relevant departments.
