During the installation and transportation of large equipment, the following points should be noted:
1. Participate in large-scale operationsEquipment installationand the construction personnel involved in transportation must be familiar with the transportation methods. Before transportation, a reasonable and feasible plan should be formulated, and construction must be carried out strictly according to the plan.
2. During handling, construction personnel must have clear division of labor, defined responsibilities, adhere to their posts, and follow unified command.
3. During transportation, clean the site, clear obstacles, and repair roads during transport to facilitate operations. Whether using tank wheels or roller handling methods, the contact area between the road and timber, the traction row and the ground should be considered, and from the perspective of soil pressure resistance, it is necessary to ensure even pressure transfer to the ground and prevent subsidence.
(1) Before handling, all parts boxes need to be labeled. Pay special attention to valuables and fragile items, and keep valuables safe.
(2) During the handling process: establish a dedicated team to specify which boxes or items need protection, and place some fragile items on top. During the handling process, frequently check the item list to see if any items are missing.
(3) After transportation is in place, personnel should be organized to count the items, check for any missing items, and inspect valuables or fragile items for damage.
Lifting is prohibited during installation of large equipment. Oblique suspension is prohibited. Because angled lifting may cause overloads and wire ropes coming off the grooves, and even lead to rope breakage and tipping. Commanders should use unified command signals, which should be clear and accurate. Crane operators must comply with orders. Lifting large equipment is prohibited under wind conditions of level 6.
On a large scaleEquipment installationPrevent falls from heights during operation: Operators must use safety belts correctly while working at heights. Generally, the safety belt should be hung at a higher position and used at a lower position; that is, when operating at a low position, the hook ring at the end of the rope should be hung at a higher position. When using a crowbar at high altitudes, you should stand firm. If you need to walk on the upper chord of the overhanging roof truss, you should set railings on top. If workers need to work at high altitudes, they should set up temporary workstations whenever possible. Operators should stay focused when passing scaffolding to prevent them from stepping on the headboard.
