(2) During maintenance of current transformer equipment, carelessness may lead to excessive voltage, seriously endangering life and equipment safety.


(3) If the circuit breaker's arc touch equipment or equipment is incorrect, and the insertion stroke, switching speed, touch, and synchronization do not meet the planned requirements, the contact will differentiate the insulating material, causing voltage surges and leading to circuit breaker rupture.


(4) During commissioning, equipment may be improperly or debris may fall during assembly, causing the mechanism to malfunction and causing varying degrees of malfunction.


(5) Grounding faults and short circuits occur inside or offline the main transformer to ensure rejection and circuit breaker power failure. As a result, the short-circuit current is large, short-circuit incidents increase, the internal temperature of the main transformer rises sharply, and the transformer oil rapidly transpirates and differentiates into flammable substances, resulting in malignant rupture incidents.


(6) When the main transmitter or high-pressure pipes of the equipment accidentally fall into keys, nuts, or waterproof sleeves, the equipment drains incompletely, the sealing equipment is improper or damaged, and the insulation is not tightly packed, which can reduce the insulation strength of the main transformer, causing local insulation damage or water seepage, and causing abnormal incidents.
