2. Local collapse and damage to the casing of flameproof electrical equipment underground, improper movement and relocation leading to shell deformation and mechanical damage, can all cause explosion-proof electrical equipment to lose explosion protection. Therefore, electrical equipment should be installed in well-maintained locations, and when moving or relocating equipment, handle it with care.
3. Due to unfamiliarity with the equipment's functions, special tools were not selected or misoperations occurred during loading and unloading. For example, when disassembling the end cover of an explosion-proof motor, using a tool to strike it for convenience may damage the end cap, cause insignificant cracks, or cause explosion control. When disassembled, parts do not have steel stamp symbols; when installed, without matching marks, they are mistakenly thought to be interchangeable, resulting in gaps that are too small. If the gap is too small, friction may occur on the movable joint surface, damaging the explosion-proof surface. Therefore, every component must be stamped with steel stamp symbols and selected for matching numbers during installation.
4. The explosion-proof surface tightened by screws cannot be properly fastened due to shallow screw holes or screws that are too long. To this end, check the screw holes for impurities and ensure the threaded buttons are intact. Inspection and treatment should be carried out before installation.

Failure to properly grasp explosion-proof theory among staff, failure to properly implement various procedures, and careless explosion-proof requirements for equipment may all lead to explosion failures.
