Equipment relocationThere are generally two charging methods: one is shift billing, and the other is general contracting billing.
Shift fare is charged according to working hours, one shift per day. Depending on the manpower and resources required for relocating machine tools and equipment, the cost of one shift can vary greatly. The cost for the next shift equals the sum of the cost for the relocator, forklift crane, and truck-mounted crane, so the tonnage of the forklift and crane can vary greatly.
The general contractor billing method involves summarizing and analyzing factors such as manpower and material resources, the degree of relocation chaos, and the timing of the relocation.
The standard package fee also includes the following fees
1. Costs for disassembling equipment. Many large, delicate equipment wiring is very messy; factories cannot complete the wiring they understand about the equipment, and manufacturers may be far away and costly to get here, so they can only rely on capable relocation companies to operate.
2. Lifting and relocation costs. When removing equipment lines, all components of large equipment need to be lifted and removed using cranes for easy transportation.
3. Equipment packaging costs. Depending on the size of the packaging materials and equipment used, the cost is quite simple. Equipment packaging can be divided into wooden box packaging, vacuum packaging, heat shrink film packaging, and others.
4. Equipment transportation costs. Large equipment transportation requires dedicated heavy-duty flatbed trucks.
5. The cost of equipment installation and commissioning is the same as the cost of equipment disassembly.
This is the billing method for equipment relocation, and we hope this helps us.
