You don't knowElectromechanical installation engineeringStandardized Rules — Gas Pipeline Specifications

It defines standards related to equipment appearance, mechanical, electrical, and equipment accessories, making equipment standardized, visual, and standardized, ensuring smooth production progress.

1. Gas pipeline standards

New cable unified requirements: compression tube—black, vacuum tube—colorless transparent, high-pressure tube—red transparent, helium/nitrogen light transparent—blue transparent; Laser outlet cooling water pipe - light green and transparent; Electrolyte tube - white PTFE tube, with corresponding text labeled on the equipment pipe inlet interface. Note: If the relevant pipeline is allowed to use anti-corrosion (white PTFE pipes) in corrosive environments (such as liquid injection molding machines) instead of the related pipes, the equipment in the factory is not mandatory before the document is issued.

1. Tracheal color

2. Duct routing or along rods and mechanisms should be assembled along the platform in straight lines, diagonals, and at equal intervals. The use of hanging slanted wires, flying wires, or other non-standard wiring is prohibited.

3. Threaded connections and pipeline connections must not be pulled or rotated; otherwise, threaded or pipeline connections may come loose. In areas where there is pulling or rotation on site, quick-change rotating joints should be used. D) The bending of the pipe should be greater than the small bending radius; otherwise, it is easy to cause pipe breakage.

4. The connecting pipe should consider changes in pressure and length, so there should be a margin in the length.  Joints and pipes must not be twisted, stretched, or subjected to torque loads to avoid damage, breakage, cracking, or detachment.

5. Do not let the pipeline wear out, twist, or be damaged to avoid damage, breakage, or detachment. Old joints and pipelines after replacement must not be used. The pipe joints that are pulled out should be smooth and cut off when worn;

6. Unified requirements: ducts/joints must be undamaged and leak-free (pipeline joints must be white; Joints for electrolytes and other corrosive annulus wells should be made of stainless steel); The throttle valve lock still needs to be tightened; Both ends of the trachea must be connected to wires. (New cables are standardized according to this standard, while old cables gradually converge toward this standard.)

7. The surface of the Yancheng equipment installation pipe should be cut along the vertical section without scratches, and the pipeline should be neatly and vertically; The pipe end must not be tilted or laid flat, as it is prone to falling off or leaking during use. Allow for extra length of the tube.

8. The control valve needs to be tightened;

9. Insert the pipeline into the bottom of the joint and cause leakage; The airway is tight and not easily detached;

10. The duct must not be damaged or leaking;

11. For temporarily idle airpipes, except in special circumstances, tape or other methods are not allowed for treatment. The tracheal opening must be sealed with a pipe cap (plug);

2. The bending radius of the elbow should transition smoothly and meet the following requirements:

1. The following phenomena are not allowed at any location;

2. The bending radii of the dust suction pipe and air suction pipe should comply with R>4D (R is the small bending radius, D is the outer diameter):

The shorter the length of the tube, the better its angle; The bending radius at the bend must be greater than the bending radius, and the following phenomena must not occur at any position:

1) The bending radius of the pipe must not be less than its bending radius;

2) Bends are not allowed;

3. Pipes must not be squeezed or deformed;

Both ends of the tracheal opening are marked with lines. The same trachea has the same label at both ends, while different trachea ends have different labels.
