Installation of electromechanical equipmentThere are three processes in the project:
1. Installation of embedded parts
The burial of electrical pipelines such as steel pipes and plastic pipes must comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 3 of GB50186-92 and Chapter 2 of GB50258-96. According to the construction drawings, the end of the embedded electrical steel pipe is led out, and a galvanized iron wire with a diameter of no less than 2mm is threaded through the steel pipe, with the end exposed outside the terminal.
The installation of fixed parts includes embedded fixing parts for electrical equipment installation foundations; Embedded fixing parts for cables, busbar supports, hangers, lighting facilities, etc.
2. Transformer installation engineering
For transformer positioning, a truck crane can be used to throw it directly into the transformer compartment, or temporary tracks are set up with wooden beams, and three-step chains are used to lift the temporary tracks onto the temporary tracks, then the chains are used to pull them into suitable indoor positions.
3. Power cable installation
Cable embedding, cable conduit processing and laying, cable bracket installation and grounding cable laying, fabrication and installation of cable terminals. Inspection and testing of cable circuits, signage production and installation.
