1. Vehicle Fault Emergency Plan; Repeatedly survey the routes along the transport route of large equipment, and re-inspect the conditions the day before the equipment is dispatched to obtain detailed information about the transport route.
In such situations, internal and external resources are harmonized, and a transportation route rectification plan is proposed in a timely manner. With the cooperation of the construction department, the route is rectified in the shortest possible time, ensuring smooth passage for large cargo transport.
2. Formulate and implement safety measures: After carefully inspecting and removing obstacles during equipment departure, arrange technical personnel to inspect vehicles and rigging suitable for transport. During transportation, operators at all positions must follow unified command, strictly follow company standards and ISO:9000 quality management system operating procedures, record each step and describe quality status for traceability.
Maintain over-length signage and strictly enforce the "Large Vehicle Operating Standards." During operation, the straight-line speed should be ≥40 km/h, the curve speed should be ≥ 5 km/h, and on village roads, the speed should be kept below 20 km/h. Operation should be smooth, preventing shocks and noise.
When passing through bridges along the route, you must follow the instructions of the bridge management staff, drive along the centerline of the bridge, and keep the speed no more than 10 km/h. Braking, gear changes, and gear changes are prohibited on bridge vehicles.
3. Emergency Handling: If various emergencies arise during transportation, such as mechanical failures, traffic accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, or theft incidents, causing the project to be suspended or postponed, promptly consult with the mailer on the emergency handling plan to ensure the safety and timely completion of the project.
Note: The transition during on-site loading and unloading handover with the cargo owner must be mutually agreed upon by both parties. On-site operators should have clear division of labor, obey unified command, work harmoniously, and must not make decisions on their own in case of emergencies; they must report to the commander promptly.
