It is recommended to adopt the negative pressure method, where the fan is installed at the front end, and the internal pressure of the treatment machine is negative compared to the atmosphere. Positive pressure can only be used in special situations, such as installation specifics or site constraints.
2. Flexible connections.
Vibration is the primary consideration.
3. Fan base and processor base.
The processor's foundation only needs to ensure wind resistance. No special requirements. The foundation of the blower must meet installation standards. Special attention should be paid to resonance issues.
4. Wind resistance issues.
Since low-speed piping is prioritized in planning, there is no need to overly consider wind resistance. However, each turn adds 50 Pa of pressure, so the piping should be installed as straight as possible.
5. Filtering issues.
Especially the air resistance of the filter, which needs to be tested on site. Excessive air resistance leads to insufficient ventilation. The measurement method adopts a multi-point calculation method.
6. Flow Field
It is difficult to confirm the flow field in real time on site. Because the dynamic pressure of large cross-sections is very low, do not attempt to measure the flow velocity. The practical method is to infer the flow field based on the exhaustion effect.

Avoid direct sunlight and rain, which, though brief, is important. The lack of such facilities may result in our equipment failing to meet planned requirements in terms of functionality and service life.

You can choose low-speed pipelines, which means a speed less than 15 meters per second. But if the wind speed is too high, the difference can be significant. Materials with low friction coefficients are usually selected, such as PVC polymer plastic pipes.

Generally, multiple air inlets are more reliable than one, but one air inlet is simpler in installation and other aspects. Generally, a single air intake is chosen.
10. Number of exhaust outlets.
For high-altitude exhaust, choose an exhaust outlet. Otherwise, every set of equipment has an exhaust port. Some fans can sometimes discharge directly from the fan.
11. High-altitude exhaust
In most cases, high-altitude exhaust is both practical and appropriate, meeting both standards and industry practices. However, excessively high exhaust heights require cooperation from civil engineering and other factors, and site conditions may not allow it. Therefore, unless the standard is clear, it is not limited to high-altitude emissions; flexible planning can be made according to site conditions.
