What are the steps for installing natural gas pipelines? To address this issue, RunTay Environmental ProtectionEquipment installationThe summary is as follows:
1. Gas pipelines should be laid along the wall of non-combustible materials. When meeting other pipelines, they should meet the following requirements:
(1) When laying in parallel horizontal areas, the clear spacing should not be less than 150mm;
(2) For vertical parallel installation, the clear distance should not be less than 100mm and should be located outside other pipelines;
(3) When laying forks, the clear distance should not be less than 50mm.
2. In special cases, when indoor gas pipelines must pass through bathrooms, toilets, ceiling (straight through), and living rooms, the pipes should have no connections.
3. Indoor gas pipes should not pass under the water hopper. When crossing is necessary, a casing should be added. The casing diameter should be two sizes larger than the coal pipe diameter. Neither the gas pipe nor the casing should have any joints, and both ends of the casing should extend 20 ~ 20mm beyond the side of the water hopper.
4. After the gas pipeline is installed, a tightness test should be conducted. The test pressure should be 300mm water column, and if the pressure does not drop within 8 minutes, it is considered qualified.
5. Appliances and electric meters and electrical equipment should be staggered, with a clear horizontal distance of no less than 500mm. When misalignment is not possible, there should be insulation protection measures.
6. If the wall at the installation site of the appliance is made of wood or other flammable materials, fire prevention measures must be taken.
7. The sides of all types of gas appliances should be separated from walls, water buckets, door frames, and the distance between gas appliances must not be less than 200mm. When two gas appliances or one appliance and the water bucket are installed at a right angle, the sum of the distance from both sides to the wall must not be less than 1.2m.
