     Equipment installationInspection steps:

     1. Unpacking inspection of factory certificates of conformity, equipment manuals, and packing lists;

     2. Baseline inspection before equipment installation: a) Verify the base elevation reference line and longitudinal-horizontal centerline according to design requirements; b) Before positioning, the grouting surface must be chiseled into a rough surface, and the shims should be leveled to ensure a horizontal deviation of 2mm/m, and debris inside the reserved anchor bolt holes should be removed;

      3. Check whether the equipment support dimensions match the reserved anchor bolt holes and whether the equipment meets the requirements for income and expenditure;

      4. For equipment requiring internal component installation, check the straightness of the inner wall and axis before installation;

      5. Certificates of qualification and drying status of welding rods used for equipment installation, whether lifting equipment is accounted for and inspected, especially the selection and positioning of large lifting equipment;

      6. Precautions and related procedures before installing pressure vessels and other special equipment;

      7.Equipment installationBefore verifying the pipe outlet orientation, the orientation and dimensions of embedded bolts, re-acknowledging the hoisting plan, and selecting reference points for equipment leveling and alignment: a) The elevation of the equipment support bottom surface is based on the base. The elevation reference line on is the reference; b) The position and orientation of the equipment should be based on the base centerline; c) The vertical perpendicularity of vertical equipment is based on the lines of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° marked; d) The horizontal level of equipment is based on the I-centerlines on both sides of the equipment;

      8. Embedding of reserved hole anchor bolts: The distance between bolts and the hole wall must not be less than 20, and the distance from the bottom must not be less than 80. The contact between nuts, washers, and bases should be prominent, and the upper end of the bolt should have 2 pitches exposed and greased.

      9. For leveling, use pairs of diagonal shims, with an overlap length not less than 3/4; use flat shims for shims; After equipment adjustment, the flat iron should expose the outer edge of the equipment support floor by 10~20 degrees, the diagonal iron should be at least 10 longer than the flat iron, and the shim group should extend longer than the equipment anchor bolts;

     10. After leveling equipment installed on steel structures, the shims are firmly welded to the metal structure;

     11. The equipment begins alignment and leveling, reserving holes for grouting. Only when the strength on the concrete reaches above 75% can the final alignment, leveling, and tightening of the anchor bolts be performed; Concrete should be made of fine crushed stone, grade one grade higher than the foundation. One piece of equipment should be poured in one go and compacted, and anchor bolts must not tilt during compaction.

     12. Equipment withstand voltage test standards: a) No leakage or visible abnormal deformation in equipment and welds on the floor; b) Weld rework: For high-strength steel equipment with a welding depth greater than 9mm or more than half the thickness, the repair area should be re-inspected according to the original flaw detection methods and standards;

     13. Before trial runs, the equipment should be purged, blowed, and degreasing, inspected, and sealed under the cover plate under single test conditions.
