   Any automated machinery consists of three parts: actuators, sensors, and controllers. When the automation equipment suddenly malfunctions or fails to operate, or the operation sequence is out of order, fault diagnosis must be performed.    1. Check all power supplies, air sources, and hydraulic sources for the automation equipment. Problems with the power supply, air supply, and hydraulic supply often lead to equipment failures.


   2. Check whether the sensor orientation of the automation equipment is offset. Due to negligence by equipment maintenance personnel, some sensors may have positional errors, such as inaccuracies, sensor faults, sensitivity issues, etc. During routine maintenance of automation equipment, it is important to frequently check whether the sensor's orientation is correct and whether it is securely fixed.


   3. Check the relays, flow control valves, and pressure control valves of the automation equipment. Relays, like magnetic induction sensors, can also develop grounding adhesion after long-term use, making it impossible to ensure the normal electrical circuit and requiring replacement.

   4. Check the connection of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic circuits. If none of the above three steps are found, then you should check all circuits. Check whether the wires in the circuit are open, especially if the wires inside the cable tray have been cut off due to pulling. Check for any damaged folds in the trachea. Check if the hydraulic oil pipes are blocked. If the trachea shows severe creases, replace it immediately. Even if the hydraulic oil pipe is the same, it should be replaced.


   5. Only after ensuring the above processes are correct may faults appear in the automation equipment's controller, but they are never necessarily program problems. First, it is not certain that the controller is damaged; as long as there has been no serious short circuit, the controller internally has short-circuit protection, and general short circuits will not burn out the controller.
