    1. There are many types of dust removal equipment, with different models, specifications, structural performance, and functional features. Before use, carefully read the manual to avoid damage to industrial vacuum cleaners and user safety risks caused by improper use.

    2. The operating temperature of general industrial vacuum cleaners should not exceed 40 degrees, and the workplace should not be above 1000 meters altitude. Good ventilation is required, and the air should not be in dry rooms with flammable or corrosive gases.

    3. Dry dust removal equipment must not suction water; do not operate the vacuum cleaner with wet hands. If the site needs cleaning, large paper lumps, plastic sheets, or waste larger than the straw diameter should be removed in advance; otherwise, straw blockage is very likely. When the industrial vacuum cleaner draws in liquids, remove the filter element and ensure the liquid is emptied promptly.

    4. Connect the ground wire properly to ensure electrical safety. Generally, industrial vacuum cleaners should not exceed 8 hours of continuous operation each time, mainly to prevent motor overheating and burnout.     5. When using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with an active reeling device, simply pull the power cord to a sufficient length of use. Do not overstretch the power cord. If you see yellow or red symbols on the power cord, stop pulling it immediately to avoid overstretching it. If you need to rewind the power cord, simply press the button to automatically retract it.

    6. Do not overextend or bend the industrial vacuum cleaner hose, or bend it frequently, as this will affect the lifespan of the vacuum cleaner hose.

    7. Check whether the power plugs and power cords of the dust removal equipment are damaged; any leakage can burn out the industrial vacuum cleaner motor.

    8. When using mobile dust removal equipment, be careful not to be hit to prevent damage to the vacuum cleaner barrel, air leakage, and reduced suction power.

    9. When not in use, place the machine in a ventilated, dry place. Industrial vacuum cleaners that do not support long-term continuous operation should be controlled within the supported operating hours of the industrial vacuum cleaner. Do not overload the workload, otherwise it will affect the vacuum cleaner's lifespan.

    10. If the main unit of the dust removal equipment is overheated, emits a burnt smell, or if the industrial vacuum cleaner vibrates abnormally or makes noises, stop the machine and send it for repair immediately. Do not overload the industrial vacuum cleaner.
