1. The pressure of the user's indoor gas pipeline and the additional pressure selected by the gas burner for the gas equipment must comply with the current national standard "Township Gas Planning Standard" GB 50028.
2. When co-scrambling with pipelines transporting corrosive media, gas pipelines should be placed above. For areas prone to leaking gas, oil, or corrosive liquids, such as flanges and valves, protective measures should be taken on the gas pipeline.
3. Pipelines, fittings, valves, etc. should be selected from products that have passed national standard inspection; Cleaning before installation ensures cleanliness; Before shading pipes, pressure testing is always required. If pressure preservation and shade allow ventilation, it is very convincing but often overlooked and an important measure to ensure safety without leaks. During shading construction, pipelines must not be damaged. Natural gas pipeline installations play a significant role in future transportation and operation. If the device is improperly installed, it can be risky during use. Therefore, before proceeding with natural gas pipeline installation, it is important to clearly understand the installation methods and precautions.
4. Indoor gas pipelines should not pass under the water hopper. When crossing is necessary, a casing should be added. The casing diameter should be two sizes larger than the gas pipe diameter. Neither the gas pipeline nor the bushing should have any joints, and both ends of the pipe sleeve should extend 20mm beyond the side of the water hopper
5. For the upper construction project, before installing indoor gas pipelines, the requirements for pipeline T-installation devices should be met. When installing gas pipelines, the prefabrication and installation of the pipelines must follow the planned construction drawings. For pipelines, fittings, and fittings used in gas pipelines, if there are no explicit rules in the planning documents, and the pipe diameter is less than 2 or equal to 50, galvanized steel pipes or copper pipes are preferred; Pipe diameter greater than 50 or operating pressure over 10 kPa must comply with this standard.
6. Copper pipes should preferably be made of TP grade 2.
7. During gas pipeline construction, to prevent the welds of the pipe body from facing the wall, pipelines with inconspicuous welds should be marked in advance.
8. For copper pipes or stainless steel corrugated pipes embedded in walls, a dedicated excavator should be used to trench them. The trench width should be 20mm above the pipeline outer diameter, and the depth should meet the requirement of a cover thickness of no less than 10mm. It is strictly forbidden to excavate pipe troughs in load-bearing walls, columns, or beams.
