Purifying and environmentally friendlyEquipment installationWhat issues should be noted during the process? Below, RunTay Equipment Installation will explain them.

    1. According to the needs of product production in cleanrooms and requirements for personnel purification and material management, various types of purification equipment are generally installed. When various purification equipment is connected to the envelope structure of the cleanroom, the seams must be sealed.

    2. The devices of fan filtration units (FFU) and air purification units (FMU) generally meet the following requirements:

    a. FFU or FMU equipment should be visually inspected on a clean site, and visual inspection must not show deformation, rust, paint film peeling, or damage to the splicing board.

    b. Before installing the high-efficiency air filter in the fan filtration unit, leak testing should be performed; installation should only proceed after passing the standards. The installation direction must be correct, and the fan filter unit after installation should be easy to maintain.

    c. After installation, the fan filtration unit should be completely flat and well connected to the ceiling. Reliable sealing methods should be provided at the connection between the fan box and the filter, as well as between the fan filter unit and the ceiling structure.

    d. During system trial operation of the fan filtration unit, a temporary medium-efficiency air filter must be installed at the air inlet.

    3. Vibration isolation pads should be installed between the airlock chamber and shower chamber with fans and the floor. During installation, they should be made according to product instructions, ensure they are flat, and cooperate appropriately with the cleanroom envelope. The joints should be sealed.

    4. For mechanical residual pressure valves, the shafts of the valve body and valve plate should be horizontal, with an allowable error of 2/1000. The installation orientation of the residual pressure valve should meet planning requirements, generally located downwind of indoor airflow, and should not be within the working face height.

    5. The installation of the pass-through window should meet the requirements of the planning drawings and product manual. The installation should be sturdy and straight, and the connection to the wall should be sealed.

    6. The installation of the clean laminar flow hood should meet the following requirements:

    a. An independent freight bar should be provided, along with anti-shake fixing methods.

    b. The allowable flatness tolerance of the laminar flow hood device is 1/1000, and the allowable height tolerance is +1.0mm. b. When the laminar flow hood is installed on the ceiling, sealing and vibration isolation measures should be installed between its surroundings and the ceiling.
