Dust removalEquipment installationInspection, cleaning, and maintenance before the event
1. When installing the dust collector housing, the partitions between the side walls and chambers must have excellent sealing performance. After welding the shell, the kerosene penetration method should be used for inspection.
2. The operation of lifting valves and pulse valves in each chamber should be flexible and precise (when the solenoid valve is not energized, the lift valve remains open).
3. There must be no air leakage at the connection between the compressed air pipeline and the valve. The dust cleaning air controller should be accurate, reliable, and adjustable.
4. Verify the dimensions of the civil engineering foundation and inspect the quality of the foundation; installation proceeds only after passing inspection.
5. Check whether all components meet quality standards, and whether there is any deformation or rust. If they are unqualified, repair or replace them. External components must have a quality certificate before assembly.
6. Inventory and inspect parts according to the delivery list and installation drawing details; handle missing parts promptly and replace them.
7. All working and sliding parts of the dust collector should be cleaned, lubricated, and maintained.
8. If structural parts are deformed during transportation or storage, they should be calibrated and coated with anti-rust paint from the start. After maintenance, the original symbols should be restored.
