Installation of electromechanical equipmentThe positioning principle is: meet production process requirements, comply with equipment placement and installation drawing rules, be easy to operate and repair, and facilitate coordination between electromechanical equipment production and various processes.
1. Mechanical and electronic equipment installation inspection: The installation unit should conduct a re-inspection of the equipment foundation. After passing the re-inspection, report the external dimensions of the foundation, the orientation of embedded bolts, and concrete quality to the supervising engineer. For large equipment foundations, preload and settlement observation records before civil construction should be reviewed. If there are no observation records, preload the foundation should be applied to prevent settlement or tilting after installation.
2. Before the electromechanical equipment is in place, remove oil, dirt, and other dirt from the base bottom, and remove debris from the reserved holes in the anchor bolts; Holes should be drilled in foundations or ground requiring grouting, and concrete contaminated by oil pollution should be cut open. Based on the installation reference and confirming the reference line. Equipment should be stable, avoiding shaking and shifting. For equipment with heavy loads, measures should be taken to prevent instability from tipping over.
3. Leveling and alignment can be divided into three processes: alignment, initial leveling, and precision leveling. The primary quality control of precision leveling is the selection and positioning of the reference surface. Mechanical and electronic operations are performed at the given measurement positionsEquipment installationThe original measurement orientation is not changed during re-measurement.
4. After installation, positioning, leveling, and alignment of all equipment during secondary grouting grouting must be strictly re-inspected, with the primary focus on checking joints and gaps, including the centerline (including equipment and foundation), elevation, and installation levelness. Secondary grouting must be inspected and approved by the supervising engineer before proceeding, and the inspection results must fully comply with construction technical specifications. The machine base bolts are grouting in one step, the equipment in a second grout, and the installation unit must designate a dedicated person for supervision.
Debugging:Installation of electromechanical equipmentand the commissioning and inspection of lubrication, hydraulic, thermal, and electrical control systems should be carried out separately and meet requirements. After the joint commissioning of machinery and various systems is completed, the electromechanical and operation control systems are commissioned. According to production instructions and operating procedures, joint commissioning is carried out from component to component, from single machine to complete machine (complete set of equipment).
