2. Based on the installation reference and confirming the reference line. Equipment should be stable, avoiding shaking and shifting. For equipment with heavy loads, measures should be taken to prevent instability from tipping over.
3. Leveling and alignment can be divided into three processes: alignment, initial leveling, and precision leveling. The primary quality control of precision leveling is the selection and positioning of the reference surface. 4. Debugging:Installation of electromechanical equipmentand the commissioning and inspection of lubrication, hydraulic, thermal, and electrical control systems should be carried out separately and meet requirements. After the joint commissioning of machinery and various systems is completed, the electromechanical and operation control systems are commissioned. According to production instructions and operating procedures, joint commissioning is carried out from component to component, from single machine to complete machine (complete set of equipment).
