Installation of electromechanical equipmentStandardized rules—gas pipe regulations.

Standardize the definitions of equipment appearance, mechanical, electrical, and equipment accessories, making equipment standardized, visualized, and regulated to ensure smooth production.

1. Gas pipeline standards.

New string lines have consistent requirements: compressed air pipe - black, vacuum air tube - colorless and clear, high-pressure pipe - red fluorescent, helium/nitrogen gloss - blue fluorescent; Laser outlet cooling water pipe - light green and clear; Electrolyte tube - white Teflon tube, with the equipment pipeline air inlet marked with the corresponding text. Note: If the relevant gas pipes are allowed to use anti-corrosion pipes (white Teflon pipes) in corrosive environments (such as liquid injection machines) instead of the related gas pipes, then equipment entering the factory before the document is issued does not require mandatory requirements.

a) Tracheal color.

b) The tracheal groove or the rod forms straight, slanted, or equidistant lines with the tissue. Do not use hanging diagonal wires, skip wires, or other non-standard lines.

c) The threaded connection and pipe connection must not be pulled or rotated, otherwise the threaded or pipeline connection may fall off. In areas where there is pulling or rotation on site, rotatable quick-change joints should be used.

d) The pipeline should be bent by a small bending radius; otherwise, the pipeline will be easily damaged.

E) Clamping should consider pressure and length changes, so the length should be left with a margin.

f) Joints and pipelines must not be twisted, stretched, or subjected to torque loads to avoid damage, breakage, cracking, or dropping.

g) Do not let pipelines wear or damage from stirring to avoid pipe damage, cracking, or falling off.

h) Replaced old joints and pipelines must not be used; pulled pipe joints should be flat and sealed if worn;

l) Consistent requirements: no damage or leakage in pipes/fittings (pipe joints must be white; Joints for corrosive ring wells such as electrolytes should be made of stainless steel); The throttle valve still needs to be locked; Both ends of the trachea must have line symbols. (New guy wires follow this standard, while old guy wires gradually approach this standard)

m) Pipelines with no scratches on the surface of Qingdao equipment pipelines should be blocked along a straight cross-section, ensuring the pipes are neat and straight; Pipe openings must not be tilted or flat, as they may fall or leak air during use. The pipe length should be sufficient to a certain amount.

n) The control valve area needs to be tightened;

o) Pierce the pipeline into the bottom of the joint, causing leakage; Tight airpipe, not easy to fall out;

p) The trachea must not be damaged or leaking;

q) Except in special circumstances, temporarily idle airpipes must not be treated with tape or other methods at the tracheal opening; the tracheal opening should be sealed with a tracheal cap (plug);

The bending radius should be smooth and transitionable, meeting the following requirements:

1. The following phenomena must not occur in any location:

2. The bending radius of the dust suction and air suction pipes should comply with R>4D (R is the small bending radius, D is the outer diameter):

The shorter the pipeline length, the better; the larger the viewpoint, the better; The bending radius must be greater than the bending radius, and no position must have the following phenomena:

1) The duct's bending radius must not be less than the bending radius;

2) Pipelines must not be bent;

3. The pipeline must not be kneaded or deformed;

There are wire markings at both ends of the tracheal opening; the same tracheal tube has the same label on both ends, but different pipeline lines have different markings.
