The company has at least five project managers at level three or above.

3. The enterprise must have a registered capital of over 3 million yuan and net assets of over 3.6 million yuan.

4. The company's annual project settlement income for the past three years has consistently exceeded 5 million yuan.

5. The enterprise owns construction machinery and quality inspection equipment appropriate to the scope of the contracted project.

Responsible for on-site HVAC, water supply and drainage, and high-voltage and weak electrical technical management, as well as related construction quality control management.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields; engineer degree or above.

Over 2 years of professional construction management experience in electromechanical installation engineering, familiar with project planning, quality, and cost management processes. Has led multiple large-scale industrial projects, specializing in electromechanical installation, and holds at least Level 2 construction qualifications in the relevant specialty.

3. Familiar with professional engineering construction acceptance codes and standards, able to independently complete and review professional technical plans, experience in managing electrical and mechanical installation projects, and familiar with local laws and regulations. Experience independently organizing HVAC and electromechanical installation projects, excellent technical skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities.

1. Establish and improve the engineering quality assurance system and various (quality management systems) to implement effective quality control throughout the entire project process.

2. Strictly implement relevant construction acceptance standards, procedures, and technical regulations; prohibit process reversal to reduce common data errors.

3. Accept supervision and guidance from quality supervision and inspection departments at all levels.

4. Operation instructions for key processes such as pressure testing, pipeline equipment flushing, air volume distribution for ventilation and air conditioning projects, and electrical function testing.

5. Strengthen quality awareness, strictly control processes, follow construction drawings, and carefully implement technical documents such as construction organization design, construction plans, technical briefings, and process standards.

6. Quality inspectors at all levels are in place and correct issues promptly. Provide guidance to promptly identify quality issues or hidden dangers, and maintain inspection management for key processes. The project manager leads the team to regularly or irregularly organize joint inspections of project quality. After inspections, promptly hold quality analysis meetings to identify potential quality risks, problems, and causes, clarify measures, and raise quality awareness. Projects with good quality will be rewarded, while those with poor quality will be rectified within a specified period.
