The main safety issues involved in the process are personnel safety, equipment disassembly and assembly, and property security. All department leaders and employees must prioritize safety and carry out all operations, with clear responsibilities and clear division of labor.

　　1. Prepare for homework

　　1. Promptly announce the relocation schedule, ensuring that all pre-relocation operations (safety, production, daily work) are in place.

　　2. Clear division of personnel: Each department should clearly define the responsibilities of the commanders and those coordinating and participating in the relocation.

　　3. Protective measures for personnel involved in equipment transfer and device disassembly must be implemented (safety helmets, safety ropes, aerial ladders, etc.)

　　4. Move tools to be checked and confirmed; any issues should be repaired promptly.

　　5. When transferring large equipment and barreled oil internally, safety measures must be formulated, and the disposal of hazardous waste must comply with environmental protection and legal requirements.

　　2. Equipment and operational safety

　　1. At the start of relocation, each department must assign a safety officer daily to strengthen on-site patrols, and any unsafe behaviors must be corrected promptly.

　　2. During equipment disassembly and installation in the new factory during installation, construction must strictly follow electrical safety regulations. During shutdowns, a "No Closing" sign must be displayed, and technical measures to prevent accidental power supply must be provided. The Equipment Department should provide safety and technical briefings to both the company's equipment section and the manufacturer's staff.

　　3. During disassembly and transportation, pipelines and lines must be protected. When assembling and disassembling the assembly equipment, unscrew and insert removed joints, bolts, nuts, locating pins, etc., back into their original positions to avoid disorder and loss.

　　4. To ensure absolute safety of the equipment, appropriate disassembly tools must be selected; do not substitute for them arbitrarily.

　　5. During lifting and unloading, equipment must not be bumped or damaged. Select suitable lifting points and lift slowly. Protective measures must be used at the contact points between the wire rope and the equipment

　　6. Cross-section work should be avoided as much as possible. For work at heights, safety helmets must be worn, safety belts must be carried according to requirements, and the fastening of safety belts must meet requirements (the equipment class should educate workers).

　　7. Strictly comply with fire prevention regulations. When open flames are required, fire prevention measures must be in place, with dedicated personnel supervising. Open flames must be strictly prohibited near flammable and explosive materials.

　　8. The commissioning of equipment and devices in the new plant area must meet technical requirements. Operators must undergo onboarding education and training when changing job types.

　　3. Property security

　　1. Machine tool equipment, all electrical facilities in the office, and packed drawings and documents must be counted and registered before boarding, and the dispatch list must be filled out. After the accompanying personnel arrive at the destination, each responsible person will verify the quantity and brand type to ensure the safety of items during transport

　　2. Handle precision instruments and office equipment with care; during transfer and unloading, ensure dedicated personnel handle damage prevention and provide guidance when necessary.

　　3. When transporting warehouse products, proper precautions must be taken, taking into account weather changes to prevent rain.

　　4. After items enter the new premises and need to be stored and locked, they must not be stored outdoors. If there are valuables, each department must assign dedicated personnel on duty, and the Safety Section should coordinate promptly to strengthen security forces.

　　4. Personnel and Road Traffic Safety

　　1. All vehicles involved in transport and loading must strictly abide by traffic regulations. Safety classes provide special education for all forklift operators.

　　2. All departments should carry out special education on traffic safety for employees traveling to the new factory area.

　　3. Employee vehicles entering the new factory must be parked at designated addresses

　　4. Motor vehicles operating within the factory must not exceed 30 kilometers per hour

　　5. Since construction in the factory area is not yet complete, individuals are prohibited from entering risky construction sites.
